No Brazilian celebration happens without brigadeiros. The recipe is deceptively simple – sweetened condensed milk, cocoa and butter, stirred patiently until the mixture pulls away from the pan – but the texture is what matters: soft, chewy and intensely chocolatey, somewhere between fudge and truffle.
We roll ours in small batches so they stay fresh and tender rather than firm. Guests pick up a couple with their pastéis, or take a box home after shopping downtown. They are the easiest introduction to Brazilian desserts you will find in London, Ontario.

The traditional recipe uses no flour, but our kitchen also fries breaded and pastry items, so we cannot guarantee a gluten-free environment. Please ask our staff about your specific needs.
